At Eastern Clan, we believe travel should be meaningful, responsible, and enriching—not just for travelers but also for the communities we engage with. To ensure a smooth, enjoyable, and ethical travel experience, we have outlined the following policies that govern our services.

  1. Booking & Payment
  • A booking is confirmed only after receiving either the full payment or at least 50% of the total value.
  • We accept online transfers, credit/debit cards, and UPI.
  • Prices may vary based on availability, season, and special inclusions.
  1. Cancellation & Refund Policy

2.1 If You Cancel Your Booking

Plans change—we get it! However, due to pre-arranged logistics, cancellations come with the following refund structure:

🚫 Non-Refundable Costs: Certain expenses, such as permits, transport bookings, and third-party services, may not be refundable. These will be disclosed during booking.

2.2 If Eastern Clan Cancels the Trip

Your safety and experience are our top priorities. If we cancel due to unforeseen events (natural disasters, political instability, low participant numbers, etc.), you will receive:

Want to shift your adventure to a later date? No problem! Here’s how rescheduling works:

  • One-Time Flexibility: Each booking allows one free reschedule within the allowed period. Further changes may incur additional fees.
  • Force Majeure Cases: If your reschedule request is due to medical emergencies or government restrictions, we may offer flexibility upon valid proof.
  • Alternative Traveler Option: Can’t make it but want to send a friend? Notify us at least 5 days in advance to transfer your booking. (Processing fees may apply.)
